Information on Direct Deposit
 
Direct Deposit is our required method for payroll processing.  You will receive a paper check by mail until the direct deposit takes effect.  Please verify the address that your check stub will be mailed to. Payday is FRIDAY.  Electronic paycheck funds (Direct Deposits) are available Friday mornings, the actual time varies based on your financial institution.  The payroll period is Monday through Sunday.  If you are responsible for  turning in your hours, time cards must be legible, authorized and in our office by 12:00 pm on Mondays to receive a paycheck that week.  If you have any questions regarding payroll, please call our payroll personnel at (734) 953-0900 (ext.235).

In addition to Direct Deposit please register online for iPAY!

 We are pleased to announce ADP iPayStatements, a new benefit for all employees. Through ADP, our payroll provider, we are able to offer you access to your earnings statements and W-2 forms 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. In addition, you can make changes to your W-4. Simply type in your changes, print the form, sign it and forward the completed form to your Payroll Department for processing.

When registering, refer to page 4 of the Employee Quick Reference Guide. (Click on Form with Instructions below)

Your Registration Pass Code:  Inteligent-123 (required for registration).
 
Upon completing the registration process, you may access your pay statements at https://ipay.adp.com.

EMPLOYEE CHANGES
 
Employees are encouraged to update any personal changes with our office. Changes including tax forms, contact information and direct deposit.
 
Because of Federal laws, W-2's cannont be forwarded by the post office to a new address when a forwarding order is in place. Please update your address and phone number as soon as the change takes place.
 
TAX CHANGES – if you need to make any changes to your state or federal tax exemptions, you m ust complete a new state or federal W-4 form and return it to our payroll department via email payroll@igsstaff.com or fax to 734-338-8946.
